A Year with Miss Marple

I knew for 2024 I wanted to do something with Agatha Christie books. I wasn’t sure what and I waffled back and forth over what to do. In the end I decided to spend a year with none other than Miss Marple. She is one of my favorite characters and while I have seen all of the television shows I haven’t read all of the books.

Now, these aren’t really in proper reading order but I figured that wouldn’t matter. I decided to do them in my favorites order. I know that seems weird but y’all know I’m more than bit quirky and honestly reading three out of order is perfectly fine. I did make sure that certain books fell into some sort of order if it was needed.

  • The Complete Short Stories

  • SEPTEMBER

I will of course remind you each one at the beginning of the month along with my thoughts on the episode of the television show that corresponds. Each months book will also be in the sidebar. Then at the end of the month I will write my review of the book. I do encourage y’all to comment and discuss the book with me. Not only here on the blog but on social media as well.

  5. I haven’t read an Agatha Christie novel in years despite the fact that her stories are brilliant. I am looking forward to reading some of her books that I have not read before

  8. I read ALL the Agatha Christoe books I could find when I was in high school. It’s a great pleasure re-reading them – I look forward to some time with Miss Marple!
