I thought next year in addition to authors of the month I thought I would showcase books each month. However, not just any books. They will be backlist books. That means they aren’t the newest books an author has written.
For me I am going by the rule that they must be more than 2 years old. I am unsure what sort of books that I will be doing and figured I would turn to y’all. You guys read just as much as I do and now what sort of books you like and don’t like. I am certain there are books from authors that you read and think “More people need to know about this book.” However, since it isn’t a best seller or internet famous it gets looked over.
I’m here to help with that! This post will serve as a way for you to tell me about the books you want to highlight. Just list those books but be sure to check out the giveaway below for your chance to win something awesome. I will do another one of these giveaways next year sometime as well.
To make things a little sweeter I am giving away a 12.9 iPad Pro to 6 very lucky readers. You read that correctly. This is going to be a long giveaway because entering it will be so simple. I also wanted to get a good list of books together so I can get the new year started off right.

My favorite genres are sci-fi, contemporary romance, paranormal romance and romantic suspense and some of my favorite tropes are enemies-to-lovers, snowed-ins and the student/teacher taboo. I love cowboys, rock stars and grumpy heroes. And these are just my favorites, like you, I enjoy a little bit of everything. The Temptation series from Ivy Smoak, anything from Mia Sheridan, Jewel E. Ann, Tracey Jerald, and Apryl Baker. The Ashes and Embers series from Carian Cole, I have read the first four books in that series but still have a few to go…I hope that you can find a story that you love too from any of the suggestions that I have left here. Thanks so much for offering the giveaway
