Welcome to The Monthly Chapter for February 2023.
February is here and this post is a few days late. In my defense I have been getting ready for surgery next week and really thinned things out over here for the month. In fact, other than the giveaway hop, the three monthly posts, and one or two reviews there won’t be much going on here this month.
I wanted to give myself time to heal properly plus I don’t know if I will end up having to stay at the hospital or not. I am not supposed to but anything can happen. That being said, I will still be working on a few things from my bed while I recover.
I have several things I want to get done and next month will bring another large giveaway here. Fingers crossed I am able to get everything I want to do and get the fresh sort of start I am waiting for Storied Conversation. Don’t worry, it is nothing crazy. I just need a little bit of reset here.

I really don’t have any plans. I’m thinking about reading some of my Jayne Ann Krentz books again.
My current reading plans is to read the Omega verse trope see if it is something I will enjoy.
I’m looking forward to reading some romance books.
At the moment I in the process of re- reading all of my Christine Feehan books and of course reading all the new ones that I can get my hands on!
I am looking forward to reading Claiming Her Legacy by Linda Goodnight it sounds so so good.

I really want to read Spilled Milk someone recommended it about a year ago so I would pick that up to read.
With so much hype surrounding it, I really want to read the Spare.

This month’s reading is all academic unfortunately. It’s all about my daughter’s scouts. Cookie manuals, ski camp materials … the stack on my desk is a real joy-suck!
I plan to read Spare by Prince Harry this month.
I signed up for 2 readathons this month. Hoping to get out of the reading slump I was in for most of Dec & Jan. The reading sprints are working for me, so far. I read 3 books this past weekend.
I am looking forward to Lani Lynn Vale, Michelle Heard, Penelope Sky & Sarah Bale’s releases this month! 🙂
I’m looking forward to finishing these Scott Donnelly novels. He’s a pretty good horror writer.
I have a stack that a friend passed on to me. A lot of mysteries that look fun.
I will be reading Frog and Toad to my daughter.
