Review
The Next Step is the third book in B.R. Maycock’s Abbeyglen series, but it easily stands alone as a delightful Christmas romance. The story centers on two women, Rachel and Natalie. Rachel is navigating the dating world and feels the pull for a fresh start, while Natalie, a mother of two, faces new possibilities when an old flame reappears.
Maycock’s writing is beautifully heartwarming and engaging—before you know it, you’re at the end and wanting more! The Next Step is a festive read filled with friendship, romance, community, and fresh beginnings, making it an uplifting story perfect for the holiday season.
