February 2023 Featured Authors
Welcome to February 2023 Authors of the Month. I will tell you that I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get this post done this month. I have been so busy that it got pushed back several different days. I am pleased that I was able to get it posted though. Even if it is like a week later than I wanted to do it.
Let’s go ahead and dive right into our three authors for the month. Two are long time favorites of mine while the other is fairly new to me but is well known to most in the romance world.
Chantal Fernando
Y’all know that I love me some MC Romance and Chantal Fernando delivers that in a way I love. From her very first book to her most recent I have loved every single moment. although I will admit that Wind Dragons will always be my favorite series.
While you can read her books in any order I would suggest you read the Wind Dragons, then The Knight of Fury before the Knight & Dragons. The latter of the three are the children of the first with characters from the second if that doesn’t confuse you too much.
J. R. Ward
I will admit that I am pretty new to author J. R. Ward even though she has been around for a while. My sister in-law recommended her and I have begun making my way through her books.
I have found that I like her writing very much. The stories all draw me in and I am hooked. She is another author that I would recommend if you haven’t already checked her out.
Jennifer Ashley
I’ can’t believe I haven’t showcased ‘m a huge fan of Jennifer Ashley’s Shifters Unbound series and she is one my favorite historical romance authors. She has such a wide range of talent when it comes to book writing.
The books above represent a pretty good showing of what she writes. If you haven’t taken a chance on her yet I highly recommend that you do.

I really enjoy J.R. Ward’s Black Dagger Brotherhood series. I’m a little behind on it but hope to catch up soon.
I am super interested in reading the book called Custom Built. That so sounds like my kind of read and I am loving the cover too.
These are all new authors for me, so no favorite.
All of the featured authors for this month are new to me and I haven’t read any of their stories yet, Chantal Fernando’s Fallen Princess and J.R. Ward’s Dark Lover sound like great stories to introduce myself to those respective authors
I have never read any books by these authors. The Jennifer Ashley books look interesting!
Death Below Stairs sounds interesting!

I do not have a favorite but historical romance always intrigues me so I would check out Jennifer Ashley’s Shifters Unbound Series.
I have read a few books from the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series a while back. Really enjoyed it.
Can’t pick just one book because whole Wind Dragons MC series by Chantal Fernando was absolutely amazing,

I read Chantal Fernando but she is not for me. I DNFed two of her books. I don’t read PNR so, I know JR Ward is not for me. Jennifer Ashley is new to me. Will look into her books ! 🙂

I have not read anything from the authors you have mentioned. Jennifer Ashley sounds like an author that I would like to read. I would probably start with Death Below Stairs.
The Wind Dragons series interests me,
I’m so hooked on books by J.R. Ward. It all started when I read and loved Dark Lover.
I like J.R. Ward’s Black Dagger Brotherhood series.
Two of them are new to me! But I do love JR Ward!! I have one of her books on my shelf and a couple in my kindle! The Black Dagger Brotherhood series is my favorite!

J. R. Ward is one of my favorites.
I am a long time of Jennifer Ashley. I love all her book series. My favorite series is the Kat Holloway Mysteries.

I’m a huge fan of J.R. Ward and Jennifer Ashley. I have read several of their works.
