I love Sci-Fi Romance so this was a great read for me. It is the first by this author and I know I will be watching for more from her in the future. She has given us a world full of animals, plants, and more to enjoy. Of course the big draw for me is the dragons!

Kat is a mercenary who ends up on the ship picking up brides for the Xantharans. If that doesn’t set this book up nicely I don’t what will. It sounds like something that would happen to me. Help one person and suddenly you’re falling down a hillside yourself, only she helps a bride then ends up taking off in a ship. No really the job she came to do. Enter Danax the crowned prince who spots Kat from a distance. He is drawn to her and his dragon knows its mate when it sees her, If only getting Kat to agree would be so easy.

There is plenty of action and love scenes. Like I said I enjoyed this book and I think it is a great start to the series. I can’t wait for more and know there are great things coming for these dragons.
