Welcome to The Monthly Chapter for February 2024.
This month there is a lot going on. I had meant to start this last month but the flu took me down for several weeks and it just didn’t happen. So this month I am playing catch up on several things including the monthly reading challenges. There is also a bit of housekeeping to deal with as well. have a lot going with us working hard to make the transition over to here. There are still a lot of posts to move from Wickedly Romance and we are working towards doing that as quickly and effectively as we can.
This month will see things change and become a bit polished as I get everything fixed. It is something I am hoping to have done by the end of the month. The monthly giveaways are back at the bottom so that will be something for you all to enjoy.

SEASONAL COZIES 2024

I’m just trying to read as much as I can.
Loved Fourth Wing. Was my best read of 2023.
This month I am catching up on Sarah J. Maas Throne of Glass series.
I don’t really have any plans. If I see a book that looks good I’ll read it.
I am looking forward to reading Silver Hollow by Jennifer Silverwood this month.
I don’t know if I will have time to read this month.
Crazy time of the year for me.
no plans
My reading plans have been a whole lot of historical romance. My husband is out of town on a work trip and I’m alone for Valentine’s Day. So I am cheating on him with a couple book boyfriends! I’m starting with some Amanda Quick then going to some of the Bridgerton books.
Trying out some new authors!
Tried a new for me author – R.K. Lilley, and loved it!
I’m reading The Stranger Beside Me by Ann Rule
I’ve been rereading Kira Stanley’s books Assassin of Onisea series which I’ve already read and can’t wait for the next one. & Reluctant Queen stand-alone by her which I’ve also read before. I like rereading my faves sometimes & I just been reading a lot and relaxing. Me and my husband had a great Valentine’s Day dinner & a movie at home. Hope you had a good one!
I just started Atwood’s “The Testaments”. Eeeee! It lives up to it’s legacy “Handmaid’s Tale” so far.
