Until May by Aurora Rose Reynolds | Book Review

Until May is finally here! I have been waiting for her book. I always love all of the Maysons and May was too cute for words at times.

Until May by Aurora Rose Reynolds
Series: Until Him/Her #11
Genres: Contemporary Romance

When May Mayson signed up with a popular dating app, she never thought she would get catfished. After being stood up for a date, she finds out that the man she’d been talking to for weeks was lying about who he is.

After that horrible experience, she changes her number and deletes the app… only to have fate shove Aiden Bender right into her path.

The famous ex-soccer player whose photo was used to bait her on the dating app is the last person she expects to come face-to-face with in real life. Now, suddenly, he’s everywhere she is.

With his soccer career over after an injury, Aiden is sure his shot at happiness is lost. Then he meets May, a woman he can’t seem to get enough of. Now, all he has to do is convince her he’s not playing a game—while juggling his father’s construction company, blocking the flow of women his mother keeps sending his way, and avoiding getting run over, and shot at by whoever is out to get him.

There’s a game being played, and neither May nor Aiden understand the rules.

Never Been kissed - Until May(1)

This was so good! May is the last of Asher and November’s girls to find love and boy did she do it in a big way. May has been talking to a great guy on a dating app. He’s good looking and sincere and she’s excited when they decide to meet up. When she discovers that she has been catfished and the picture of the guy is actually that of a professional soccer player she heartboken. Of course fate and the BOOM has other plans.

Aiden is a former professional soccer player who has come home to help his father. He is intrigued by May when they have a chance meeting and is determined to not let her go. Regardless of how much she tries to. He is so sweet and when it’s discovered that May has a stalker Aiden is right by her side the whole way.

May and Aiden are so wonderful together. I will tell you that I enjoyed this book so much. I had been in a bit of reading slump and this helped me remember why I love reading so much. We get a few cameos in this book. November and Asher make an appearance which is always great. We also get Kenton, and Justin from the Underground Kings series.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars A bookstore owner stalks an author. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars

A bookstore owner stalks an author.

The author threatens to call the police.

Then actually does.

Somehow this turns into a romance and I loved every minute of it. 😂

Jasmine and River were chaotic, stubborn, funny, and completely perfect together. Their banter carried this entire book for me.

Also, River trusting Jasmine when everyone else was questioning her? That man knew exactly who she was.

I loved how Liza and Cassian slowly became part of each other's everyday lives before romance really took center stage. They were so comfortable together and completely made me smile.

And Alaric's formal complaint? I laughed so hard I nearly spit out my drink. 😂

I cannot wait for the next trip back to Blackthorn Bay!

Bridger was the Rogue Pack wolf I most wanted to k Bridger was the Rogue Pack wolf I most wanted to know more about, and his story absolutely delivered. We've seen glimpses of him throughout the series—always keeping his distance while still showing up when it mattered most. Finally learning the truth behind his past and the loss he carries was heartbreaking.

Kit was not at all who I expected for Bridger, but she ended up being exactly what he needed. Their story felt a little different from the other books in the series, focusing more on healing, guilt, and emotional growth than outside conflict. I actually loved that change of pace.

The Rogue Pack's matchmaking antics had me shaking my head and laughing at the same time, and as always, the pack dynamics were one of my favorite parts of the book.

A sweet, emotional paranormal romance filled with heart, healing, and one grumpy wolf who finally gets the happiness he deserves. 🐺
